I have an issue where the audio is all working find in editing but after I export, some of the audio cuts out seemingly randomly. I have audio from two gopro cameras that I need in the timeline. One will randomly cut out at a different point everytime I try a different format to export in. I'm brand new to premier, I've tried like 10 thousand different things and can't figure it out.

If you have the Reduce Noise effect, try disabling it.
What audio effects are used?

I actually think I found it. It doesn't look like I have any audio effects applied to anything.

The fx symbol on the audio in the timeline indicates that you have at least one effect applied to the clip.

But other than that one clip with increased gain, there are no other effects

Does it happen with direct export from Premiere Pro as well as through the Media Encoder queue?

It happens with both. I think it has something to do with audio channels, but I can't seem to nail down what the exact issue is.

Those are nested sequences for the most part, yes?
Please check the nested sequence as well as the parent sequence to see if anything is amiss.

I'm not really sure what you mean by nest sequences. Like I said, I am brand new to Adobe. Trying to learn best I can. This audio thing though is killing me.
