Audio sounds robotic/distorted

Does anyone else have a similar problem where their audio is fine before importing it into adobe premeire, I record with obs studio and when I view the video in my regular video folder the audio is nice and crisp, but when I import it into adobe the audo sounds almost robotic and distorted ? I am trying to fix it but nothing I do works.

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.

You are a legend mate, I looked online and all I could find it using reverb etc. this made my audio so crispy again, any explanation on why it makes it robotic beforehand?

Also if anyone knows how to do this, i saw someone else with a similar issue and my mic sounds the exact same. How do I do what they told that person to do? Premeire is a bit confusing.
