The latest update has turned all my audio in Premier Pro into loud static. I have changed in the audio hardware input to No Input and cleared the media cache, but the problem persists.
Update: The fix for this issue is now available in the most recent version of Premiere Pro (v25.4), which can be downloaded through Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Thanks,
Sumeet

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi jodie_3671,
We're sorry about the poor experience. We're investigating a similar issue. Could you please confirm if you are working with MTS media in Premiere Pro v25.3?
Thanks,

I too am experiencing this issue, and I am using MTS media in this same version. It started after I installed the latest update.

Hi Thomas25012361q19r,
Sorry about the poor experience & thanks for providing the details. We're currently working on an issue where the audio from MTS files can have noise in v25.3. For the time being, we recommend using Premiere Pro v25.2 as a workaround. We will update this thread once the issue has been addressed.
Regards,
Sumeet

Hi Thomas,
This issue has been fixed in the latest beta version of Premiere Pro & will be available in an upcoming release version soon. For the time being, if you want to try the latest beta, you can install it from Creative Cloud app. The beta version will be installed alongside the release version. If required, you may also use the latest beta version of Media Encoder to transcode the affected MTS media to ProRes & use it in the release version for your existing projects. Hope it helps. You may refer to this link to learn more about Creative Cloud Beta program.
Thanks,
Sumeet
