I haven't touched Adobe Premiere Pro in several months, but recently decided to get into editing my own videos again. I use SteelSeries Moments to capture clips and I used to be able to drag and drop them into Premiere with no issues. It would show all 3 audio tracks and all in sync. However, now I'm running into problems where audio tracks 2 and 3 either won't show up altogether or I can see the tracks but there are no waves to indicate that audio is there. I'll listen to each individual track via VLC and I know they exist, but they don't appear within Premiere. I'm trying to figure out if it's some sort of option I may have turned on that I shouldn't have or something disabled that I need enabled. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Is this the issue?
I can see the tracks but there are no waves to indicate that audio is there.

Try Sequence > Render audio from the menu.

What I'm experiencing is a bit different than what you've posted. I tried that solution and unfortunately it didn't solve my problem. The above is what I'm experiencing where one track will show up but the following 2nd and 3rd show no waves to indicate anything existing. I know the audio exists only because I've listened in VLC and I've also transferred similar videos to Audition and I can hear all the audio there. I'm not savvy enough to really convey the problems I'm having.
I've also tried the Render Audio solution and it still won't generate the audio that should be there.
