Audio transitions not working with IPhone in Premiere Pro 2022

Ok, so tired of this. Iphone footage edited in Premiere Pro 2022.3.1, some audio transitions used to blend audio in cuts. So I export in ANY format and in those parts of the video where there are the audio transitions I get no sound. Nice. Lost a client because of that. The only solution - export the audio separately, place it on the timeline, mute the original audio and export. I don't know what to think of Premiere Pro and Adobe. Adding all those unnecessary features from version to version and not fixing issues. Why do I know it? Because I'm havind this issue since version 2021. Furious!

Its all the three transiotions available in PP, found in Audio 5

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Your media is Variable Frame Rate.

Use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Excuse me. Are you trying to tell me Premiere Pro - a professional program with years of history - cannot handle videos with different framerate? In 2022? A professional video editing software?! And the different framerate is causoing AN AUDIO TRANSITION not work? Don't you think it's kind of crap?! By the way, when I import these 2 files, I manually delete one on the audio tracks, leaving the one recorded on a portable microphone. So I basically work with only one audio track and Premiere Pro audio transitions behave like the above mentioned.

It's not that the frame rates of the two clips are different. It's that each clip is not Constant Frame Rate.

Behavior of VFR clips can be unpredictable and wonky at times..

Well this makes Premiere Pro bad software then because on Vegas and
DaVinchi I had no such problems. And again should I export the audio alone
from these files with VFR magically they have no problems.
