Automatic transcribe embedding closed captioning doesnt work!
been researching everywhere and no solutions!
supposedly ai (artificial intelligence) with machibe learning equipped its in premiere pro. Adobe sensei.

well that crap doesn't work whatsoever. Managed every single thing of it as much as i could. And nothing. I don't know what is the issue.
when i select the clip ando the needs of teanscribing, it loads everything like if it was finished but it never generated anything. So on the sequence timeline it never losds text automatically. I was washing my time for about half a day.

bu the way i am using a mac mini M1 or apple silicone chipset got 16 gb of ram and 10 cores not sure but i got ut all buffed. So i extremely doubt it that its my computer cause is not.

i tried the free trial with cap cut and it works like a charm. But I learned on adobe. So i am paying monthly subscription services fees to use it and i even purchased lots of transitions and intros outros etc from the adobe stock market.

what i hate the most is that this is not even a free or cheap monthly fee its expensive but if there is no solution i will finish my contract with adobe and start learning capcut and other video editing softwares

Sincerely, EL HAYABUSON! 藍

It sounds like you’re trying to create captions from a transcript. Creating a transcript does not automatically generate captions.

To create captions, load your sequence in the Timeline panel, go to the Text panel, click the Captions tab, and then select Create Captions from Transcript.

i understand everything you saying but no it doesnt work at all. By the way i went to settings to check and verify under TRANSCRIPTION and everything was UNCHECKED. Now, i just checked everything on, and still it doesnt work. By the way i have noticed this under many other people using the SPEECH TO TEXT, and they have a different one from the one i have. I know its something else, like either a bug or if its not a bug then it might be some settings that have to be adjusted inside the app. (premiere pro) but i dont know im just a user not a developer. So i hope you can help me out with this and it will be amazingly appreciated. Let me go ahead and attach the screenshot of what i get under my TEXT>CAPTIONS>Then i get (CREATE CAPTIONS FROM TRANSCRIPT) but i dont see a "little cloud with an arrow up" Saying (TRANSCRIBE SEQUENCE) i dont know if this is a feature or different version of the premiere pro app but like i stated before i am using an apple mac mini m1 and the version of the app is 25.0 made specifically for apple silicone machines. So it should be working but is not and everyone that shows their way of auto transcribe per se (SPEECH TO TEXT) looks far different from my icons. The sample is attached into this reply.

Sincerely, EL HAYABUSON! 藍

The “little cloud with an arrow up” icon you mentioned was used in earlier versions of Premiere, likely from 2021. Since then, both the interface and process for transcribing have changed.

To help you get started, here’s a guide on how to use the latest transcription features in Premiere Pro: How to Transcribe Text in Premiere Pro.

If you’re using Premiere Pro version 25.0, then the guide linked will apply to your version, so there’s no need to update your software.
