Automation Blocks Spreadsheet Export Missing Text Info

I've been following the tutorial found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kd98g6IR2U

I'm able to successsfully export the clip properties and my export looks similar to the one in the video. However, I do NOT see the actual text value—I only see "undefined". There is text in the Premere project. I've created several graphics just to make sure it wasn't an issue with over-production or some quirk. Every export says "undefined" for all text. I can edit any of the text properties but not the text itself. 

Although it wouldn't fit my needs, I also tried the mogart text replacement. I also couldn't get any replacements to occur which makes me think I'm missing something obvious with the extention. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

are you using graphics templates created in Premiere Pro or in After Effects? Unfortunately, Premiere Pro's scripting engine (and hence also Automation Blocks) has only access to the texts of templates created in After Effects.
