Backslash key no longer works in CS6

Have just discovered that using the backslash key to view the entire Timeline in CS6 suddenly no longer works. Is it something I have done? Can someone suggest an answer please? Pete

Go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and look for Zoom to Sequence and see if it is mapped or not. It was so may years ago i used CS6 but i think Zoom to Sequence is the one you are looking for.

Thanks for that quick reply. I must admit I had never delved so deeply into the mysteries of CS6.  Found the bit you mentioned and that was enabled. However . . . returning to the timeline I discover the backslash now work OK.
