Best Export settings for simple video to Facebook

Hello forum

I have Cs6 premiere pro, media encoder, etc..

I am exporting a simple video with one still image and audio in the background.

I plan to publish the audio-video on Facebook but am unsure as to the best export settings?

The still is a 3mb higher resolution photo and the video is Tascam .wav file about 1 hr long. ~700mb

Really I am looking for quick, simple export settings that will not reduce the quality of the audio,

which is the focus of the 'video.' Because of the amount of these videos I would like to be able to export

and finish quickly.

Any advice would be appreciated,

I don't put video on face book, so you might go to that site and find the location where face book tells you what is preferred
