Best file format to export for kickstarter?

I have exported my Kickstarter video in a number of different file formats.  When I upload, they either had no sound, or pixely or it was not in the correct format.

What is the best video file type for 1080p that will work with Kickstarter's platform?

Kickstarter says this...

"Project videos must be 5GB or less, while videos added to a project description must be 3GB or less. We accept the following video file types: MOV, MPEG, AVI, MP4, 3GP, FLV, or WMV. Note: We take the video file you upload and create a 640 x 360 (16:9 ratio) version to display on your project page."
