New to Premiere pro,
Is there anyway to stop this black border from happening after exporting?
The main video file came from zoom but we had an Intro and Outro video made professionally which had a different ratio to the zoom file.
We tried to match them in the source but it still left us with this border when we uploaded the file to YouTube.

Your timeline is set to 1080x1920 and you export to 1920x1080. Thats the problem.
To solve it, select the timeline and go to Sequence > Sequence Settings and change the Frame Size from 1080x1920 to 1920x1080. This will work if the intended output is 1920x1080 and not 1080x1920. So first you must decide what you want, iow either 1920x1080 output or 1080x1920 output.

Do you have complete comupter specs such as CPU, GPU, RAM, disk/s?
One thing to keep in mind is to make sure that there is enough free space on the disk. A near full disk will slow down everything.

Your source is 1080 X 1920, but your export is 1920 X 1080.
