I have an issue that occurs in both Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects:
In certain parts of my movie both programs display little blue and red lines scattered in the frame.
Those lines are definitely generated by the Adobe Programs as they are not there in the original Clip.
However, Media Encoder will actually export those lines which is the main issue.
Those lines are only visible in certain sections of the movie. The whole clip is a collection of different source clips in various formats but already exported whole as a progressive 1920x1080 MPEG4. Some of those original clips were interlaced (like the one the screenshots are of), if that could be an issue.
I'm working on Windows 10 Pro on Adobe Premiere Pro CC Version 2017.0.1 and After Effects CC 2017.0.
