Hi, there.
I am wondering why my texts look blurry on all of my Premiere Pro projects. I am attaching a screenshot of a text example and another one of my sequence settings:
I think I have everything right:
* Export settings: H.264/H.265 (it doesn't make any difference), Render at Maximum Depth is enabled, Use Maximum Render Quality is enabled, Hardware Encoding is enabled, Profile: High, Level: 6.2, CBR: 40 Mbps (I've also tried 100 Mbps but it looks the same).
* My timeline is fully rendered and green.
* I have High-Quality Playback enabled.
* I do not scale the video when I need to make my texts larger but the actual texts themselves.
Still, I am not satisfied with how my texts look... They are not sharp and I don't understand why since I create them directly on Premiere Pro.
If anyone has any suggestions or has fixed this problem, please let me know how!
Thank you very much in advance.

Carlos,
Are you saying that the text in PR is blurry? Or just the export?
If export, how are you viewing it?

Both, Stan.
I initially thought it was just the export, but when I zoom in on Premiere Pro itself (100%, for example), the text also looks blurry.

Turn off max render max depth and comp to linear.
Set playback to FIT.
Might want to change the shadow.
What does it look like without rendering the timeline.
No need to make the timeline green if you are exporting to h.264/5
Post screenshot EGP and full frame image in the Program monitor.

I followed all the instructions but didn't notice any difference...
Here are the requested screenshots:
Plus, two screenshots from a mobile device of the original video and the video with the instructions followed (including eliminating the shadow):
The text without the shadow might appear a tiny bit sharper, but it's just a visual effect. The quality is the same.
The text without rendering the timeline looks fine.

I requested the Essential Graphics panel.

I am sorry, is this what you want to see?

Yes, the EGP, but the caption has a stroke and none is shown in the panel. I'd like to see the layers at the top of the EGP, so we can see what is selected.
I created a matching sequence/caption, and it is very crisp. Adding the stroke starts to create a problem, but not until I blow it up (monitor set to 400-800%).

So, there are two layers: one with just the white fill and a second one underneath with a 10 points stroke and a ramp. That's it.

Looks fine to me.

Only from afar...
Are there any other settings or tips I can try to make my texts look sharper?

Delete the ramp effect.
Use the tools inside the EG in one graphic.
