I spent about 15h making a video that 100% relies on that glitch effect, so the option of deleting it is impossible. Also, I tried changing export methods, changing media, exporting a new project, and none solved my problem.
I'm on Windows 10 64 bits running on an NVidia GeForce 970M, an Intel Core i7-6700 and 8gb of RAM.
I have 504GB free on my HDD so it's fine.
I'm using CUDA to accelerate PP using my GPU, otherwise it would crash every 5mns.
When I preview it's totally fine, and when I hit enter on preview mode to fast preview it does work just fine. But when I export it gives me an error.
Here is a screenshot of the error:
Hi Loll,
Have you tried exporting it using Software only mode renderer?
File > Project Settings > General > Renderer
Thanks,
Vidya Sagar.

Yes and it just s happens that it solved my problem. The rendering took forever (3h) but it did render correctly).
Thank yiu

I have the same exact issue, and rendering with software only works -- BUT that's a terrible solution.
I've notified Red Giant about this and I'm 100% sure that Universe + Lumetri on the same file is causing the problem. Please look into this as having renders take literally 10x longer isn't a good solution.

The PrPro team tends to work pretty well with vendors who make an effort. That said, their job is to build the base unit. Plug-in vendors are responsible for making their tools work with the main program.
So we all hope RG gets all their plug-ins working well.

Hello. I'm having this same problem. The software only renderer does not solve it. It fails during the render right at the glitch effect frames, whether direct export or queue to Media Encoder. The glitch transitions are not a problem on clips without lumetri filters. What do you recommend?

i got the same problems many times. sometimes nesting to split the effects its a solution. sometimes not. dont know what else to do. this is so unprofessional.
msi hq6700, quadcore 2.4ghz, 32gb ram, gtx960m 2gb gddr5. ssd250gb half filled.

You're applying two heavy effects at once on the same clip. As suggested, do one on the clip on it's own sequence then nest that into the main sequence and apply the other.

already tried that. It doesnt always work. Lets say 50% of the times.
Anyway, if u insist, i will keep trying splitting them in other ways.
I also try exporting using only cpu. works 80% of the times. But it affecta bodyshop’s flares of red giant looks. It removes it. And i think its modifying colors in general too.
Thanks Neil

Hello;
November 2018 => Not working Lumetri effect + Universe transition => Premiere Pro CC 2018 + Universe 2.1
The solution is still to pass by the renderer software project not CUDA GPU.
My solution:
export all my transition with universe and Lumetri (make a In/Out part)
and export in software mode with plugin VOUKODER 1.1.1 => Apple PRORES 4.2.2
And import them in the sequence, and delete the transitions and lumetri effects.
And Put again CUDA project to export now the entire sequence with Acceleration of Quadro or GTX cards.
Will see...a day a correction!
bye
Steph
