Button Missing

I have a desktop with Windows 11 and with latest version of Pr. Minimise, Restore & Close buttons are missing. How to fix it?

How to go to next line by passing extreme  upper right corner of the app?

OK I found it by dragging the right edge of the app & making the app small window.
