Can i put effects on subtitles?

So, i'm a content creator right now, and i'm struggling to edit my videos, cause i like it a lot to use some pop-ins effect with the Scale Attribute, and i was thinking, since Adobe gave us the Captions tab if has any way to add effects in subtitles because, as far as i'm concerned, there's no way to do this right now. Thanks for your time!
