Can't capture from beta

New Here ,
Nov 12, 2019 Nov 12, 2019

I'm unable to capture video from an analog beta machine. Capturing from a digibeta works, but not from an analog beta.

When I try to capture, premiere says it's recording but when I stop the record, the box that is supposed to pop up and allow me to name the clip never appears and the clip does not appear in my project. This is a recent development as I was able to capture from both devices as recently as a month ago. Do any of you know what settings were changed or need to be changed to get things back to normal?

Your help is appreciated!

Did you update to the new PPro?

If yes, do you still have the previous version installed to use?

Not necessarily a solution but you could use the AJA Control Room app for capture.

Now, if that doesn't work, you know the issue is not Premiere...  (i.e AJA drivers)
