Hello,
I've read other topics, but I can't find a solution.
I'm trying to export a banner for a stadium with the following setting (required by the advertising agency):
1920x90 pixel format .mp4 codec h264, 60 fps
I set "Custom"in Editing Mode and then I set other parameters without problem, but when I try to export (in Premiere Pro or with Media Encoder) I can't do it at 1920x90 pixel.
If I unchain the proportion block, I can chose only 88 or 92 as height.
I know some codec requires divisibility for 4 or 8, but I'm using H.264, so I can't find the problem... I'm a graphic designer and I'm still learn how to use Premiere.
Here's the screenshots:
I assume the "prima campo superiore" in your sequence settings is upper field first. When I create a test using progressive, I have no problem getting h.264 export at 1920x90. As soon as I switch to upper field, the pixel size goes to 1920x88. Is the spec supposed to be progressive?

Resolution parameters need to be divide by 4 for H.264, hence the 88.

Thank you. I thought it should be divide by 2... do you think the parameters I had from the agency are incorrect?

Sorry you can export 1920x90. Dont uncheck the chain.

If I don't uncheck the chain, I export only 1920x88.

You changed the aspect ratio from 1.0 to 1.33.

Make new sequence, give it a different name. Copy everything over and try again.

Hello Stan,
yes, "prima campo superiore" is "upper field first". Now I tried to change my sequence setting and it works, as you said. I don't know much about spec, I just follow the parameters from agency, so I think that's okay now.
Thank you everyone!
