Hello everybody,
It is my first time using Premiere CC, and I just CAN'T export my project (to .mp4).
The app crashes down while doing so, and I've been trying the whole day long...
I have a due date (midnight tonight
) I searched through the web, and nothing seems to work. I can't even download Media Encoder CC to see if it works out..
Can anyone help me? Please?
I contacted the technical team of Adobe, but no one seems to be available to assist me (even though I stated it was seriously urgent).
I'm still waiting for their call, but I don't think it will happen before midnight, tonight.
Can someone save me, and in the worst cases, I send to someone the project .prproj and export it for me to .mp4 and send it to me? PLEASE?
I thank you in advance for your help!!!

Does it crash both when exporting through Adobe Media Encoder and exporting directly from Premiere Pro?
Does it crash both with and without GPU acceleration?
What operating system?
Is there enough free space on the drive to which you are exporting?
What are your system specs?

The urgency is pretty clear, but the data we need to help is a bit lacking. Take a look at the link below and use that as a guide. Once we get some specifics, it'l be easier to help.

With no details on the project or your computer's CPU/memory there's no way to guess why it's crashing, but one potential workaround is to export from Premiere Pro into another format that is less intensive to process (for example ProRes, or if your video has no sound then use an image sequence such as JPG or PNG). If that renders OK, you can use Media Encoder to convert it back into an MP4 file.

Thank you for your replies.
It crashes only while exporting through Premiere Pro (I am not able to download Media Encoder, I have NO idea why).
I'll try to give more specifics, but I kinda don't know a lot about the technical aspects..
Computer Infos :

I don't know if this is the info needed, but if you need further details.. tell me pleaaaase!!!

A little more specific on the version might help.
FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
In the meantime, drop down to 1 Pass. The only thing you get with 2 pass is a longer coffee break.

Thank youuu!
Here's the version :
In the mean time, I will try with with 2 pass, (i found that 2 pass delivers better quality, that's why I've chosen this option)

Hello,
How large is your project?
Switching your GPU renderer to software rendering may be a useful short term workaround.
