Can't get .mp4 file onto iphone's photo app off creative cloud

I have a portrait video created for instagram, in Premier Pro.

Using H.264. Preset Match Source - High Bitrate.

1080x1920

I've never had a problem before with this. Only difference is the portrait orientation.

When I try to copy from windows to iphone via lighning cable I get an error message and the transfer doesn't start.

When I try to download it off CC I get the usual Preparing Video dialogue. When it gets to 100%, I get a Media Type Not Supported message.

Tried using https://uploadfiles.io/ & managed to get the file onto the phone's internal storage. Does not appear in photos. Cannot be opened by instagram or any othe app for that matter.

Is there an obvios reason that this happening? Is it a premier export setting issue?

Cheers.

It has to do with the size of the project you’re trying to export. 1350 x 1080 , 1080 x 1920 work but a square video doesn’t work I don’t think

I thought that too but that was the last thing I tried and it still didn't work. This just started happening to me on my last 3 projects, none will play on my iPhone

What platform are you trying to post the video on? I post on Instagram for
example, and when my sequence is exported in those sizes I stated
previously, I have had no problems. Is your project vertical or horizontal?

I can't get it downloaded onto my phone in the first place, says the format is unsupported but it's the same exact format as all my other videos

Yeah to be honest when it happened to me, it just kinda fixed itself. I
just created a new project and never had the problem again. Possibly just
check your sequence settings and make sure nothing is out of sync. Last
resort, create a whole new project and import that video , and re-export it
and see if your previous project was just bugged.
