Can’t Move an Existing Effects Preset from One Bin into Another.

Hello.

I have created several effects presets in Premiere and kept all of them in the one bin I initially created. Now, I would like to move a few of those presets from that bin into another, new bin I just added.

But the app won’t let me do that. I can’t drag & drop; nor can I copy & paste. I used to be able to do this, but not now. What is happening and how can I fix it?
