Can't update premiere pro / Premiere pro doesnt playback

Hello,

i got the problem on my windows 7.

I had mac book with premiere pro CC 2015from icloud and everything was working.

When i tried to run this on my windows 7 i cant even update it over 2014 and my premiere pro is debuging when i want to start playback any project it wont start.

Whats going on? My system is wrong/crushed?

Why i cant update premiere pro?

Premiere pro CS6 was working good.

Not sure if I'm reading this right. I'd make sure that Premiere is installed locally on your Windows Machine. I'd try to un-install it (if that is the case) on your windows machine and then install the newest version through the creative cloud app.

Could you give more information on what you have done and what is going wrong in the process. Do you have any CC products on your Windows computer?

I installed it from creative cloud on c:/program files

I tried to reinstall it with deleting everything from registry and it doesnt work.

For example lightroom is working good. I give u example whats going on below:
