I was given a project to "finish" by another editor. They used Premiere Pro 24 to create the project and draft edit. I've the latest version of Premiere Pro 2023 which, of course, won't open their project.
When I open Creative Cloud, it says I hvae the latest Premiere Pro but what I have isn't 24. I don't see any way to install 24.
3 Questions...
Why can't I find PP 24?
Is there a way to hack the project file so I can open it in PP 2023?

I found it. For me, PP24 was under the Beta section of CC. There wasn't a normal upgrade available yet. Thankfully the beta worked well enough to get me through that project and now I'm back on long term support PP23.

Hi @Michael at UNCP,
In the upper right, click the "Check for Updates" button. That can often shake things loose. Let us know!
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Is latest Premiere (24) running on Windows 10, I'm thinking? Or, is it Windows 11 only?

Version 24 supports Windows 10 V20H2 or later:

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
