Can't use GPU Accelerated Rendering on AMD System

New Here ,
Jan 17, 2020 Jan 17, 2020

I am unable to use GPU Accelerated Rendering in Premiere Pro. I need it for certain transitions but the dropdown menu in the project settings for renderer selection is disabled. Any fix for this?

I'm using an AMD based system (Asus TUF FX505DY) having the following config:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3550H

GPU: Radeon RX 560X 4 GB

RAM: 24 GB

Apparantely, I fixed it myself somehow.
I added OpenCL entry in windwos RegEdit and that did the trick.

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\Vulkan\

- There I added a new Key named OpenCL.

- Inside OpenCL I added to DWORD type entries named "amdocl64.dll" and "IntelOpenCL64.dll"

- After that I changed the value of the "IntelOpenCL64.dll" to 1 and that's it.
