Cannot add motion tracking after adding time remapping

Trying to add motion tracking after adding time remapping doesnt seem to work. Keyframes bounce all incorrectly. Have to export the time remapped footage, re-import then add motion key frames. Think this is a bug in Premiere Pro 23.6. 

Anyone else confirm or am I missing something?
