Cannot save Program monitor button setup

M1 Macbook, I'd like to add play loop button as screen shot, but whenever restart program, button setup was reset.

Hi there, 

We're sorry about the poor experience. We're aware of this issue & are currently working on getting it addressed as soon as possible. For the time being, you may configure a keyboard shortcut for Loop Playback button under Premiere Pro > Keyboard Shortcuts & use that to toggle it. Hope it helps.
