cant import preset

im trying to import a preset pack into premiere pro but it shows as "file not supported". i looked for my previously imported presets and they arent there as well. i tried re-importing them but that wont work either. I'm so confused??

how are you importing your presets? presets should be .prfpset and unzipped

what version of premiere pro are you using?

do you have your presets in premiere pro presets folder?

did you try to reset the preferences?
