Cant open Adobe Premiere Pro New install

I just downloaded adobe premiere pro to my computer along with some of the other creative cloud applications. Although other applications like photoshop run fine I keep getting the same error crash report on my screen everytime I attemp to run Adobe Premiere Pro. I wanted to know if anyone could help me with this issue my pc specs are listed below, along with a screen shot of the issue report. 

GPU - AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU
@ 4.00GHz 4 Cores

Ram - 14.0GB

Windows 10

System Type 64-bit

Try holding the Alt key down when you launch Premiere, if you are given the choice to delete exisiting preferences, do so.
