Cant render Essential Graphics Template

New Here ,
Jan 31, 2020 Jan 31, 2020

(Head start, sorry for my English)
I've got a problem with rendering any of my Essential Graphics Templates. When i drop the template on video, the line under time goes red, and background video freezes, and it goes all the way, untill the end of the template. After template time, video goes back to normal but i cant even see the templete on screen. When i highlight it ,its a yellow screen with sign "Media Pending". Cant Render Selection as well, hole PR crashes. When i try to export or save the video, it crashes PR or exported video file is broken. I'm using lates verison of Premire Pro and trial version of After Effects, cus i need it only for this one video. I can see all templates fine, and drag it, customize it. But i cant see or render any of them. Please Help
EDIT : I'm  using a custom templates from VideoHive, not the default ones, wich comes with Premiere Pro.

You don't have enough RAM for smooth performance. It doesn't even meet the minimum requirement for After Effects.

See here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/system-requirements.html

and here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

You need more free space on your SSD.

Your HDD should be a fast SSD instead.

I would contact the creator of the template on VideoHive.

Try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/FAQ-How-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-Premiere-Pro/td-p/...

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
