Caption not working in Properties panel

Hi, last week I had to restart the program to get the chance to edit the caption in Properties panel.

But today, it's quite off now. I Could edit the graphic normally but Caption function's not working anymore.

Any solution? Do I have to use only Graphic text? So why do we need Caption for if we couldn't edit in properties?

I tried few things and I closed the panel and then available it again in window panel. And it some kinda works again!
