Good afternoon! After installation CC 2019 some effects which aren't connected with color correction began to change contrast of the image.
How can it be corrected?

Hi Dilen87,
Try Project Settings > General > Software Only. It may be due to the GPU affecting the appearance.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin!
Really, it happens because of GPU.
The point is that I do the Premiere Pro templates for sale. For me and other authors of templates these effects are very important (Mirror, Turbulent Displace). Would be great if these effects worked also for GPU as was in version 2018
If chance that in the following updating there will be a correction?

Mirror and TD were not gpu accelerated in 2018 either.

Yes, but some interaction with GPU probably exists

I tried the effects to see if I can replicate this, but I can't on my Win10 machine.
If the suggestion by Kevin didn't help, please post back with as much information as possible on gear, media, any other effects, anything that might be useful.

Does it also produce this 'issue' on regular footage?

I tried it also and couldn't duplicate on Win10 and PP13.0
PP did crash on me when I was turning on and off Turbulent Displace.
