So I used an export setting that a co-worker sent to me to try exporting CEA-708 CC. The good news is that I was able to see the most amount of captions when bringing the MXF back into Premeire Pro.

The bad news is that only the first caption doesn't show up. I've tried every which way to try and fix this, between the caption not being on the first frame, altering the timecode of the first captions, but nothing seems to be working.

Does that first caption show in the Caption Panel? A screenshot of the Caption Panel might help.

I just imported a previous mxf export with a 708 stream embedded. The first caption is at frame 4 (00;00;00;04), so I would expect it to behave as yours does.

I imported the mxf (with preferences set to bring the caption stream), and dragged that import to the "new" icon. The first caption is present. This was a simple test file with only 3 captions.

What specific dot version of PR are you using?

I suggest creating a new, test project. Import the mxf there, and see what happens. An alternative is clearing caches and previews.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new export, with only a few captions. If you confirm the problem there, post the export somewhere for us to download and test.
