Changing duration for animated photo and updating the animation?

Engaged ,
Oct 17, 2018 Oct 17, 2018

After applying keyframes at the beginning and ending of a photo to scale and move the position in the photo, I want to change the duration of the photo. This changes the duration, though the animation does not change to reflect the fact that the length of the photo is now longer and the animation should also play for longer. Is there a way to extend the duration of a still and have it also update the amount of time that an animation plays?

Thanks.
