Changing sequence settings appears to have changed the edit in and out points of qucktime mov clips.

I have tried re-alligning the footage but the quicktime (.mov format) clip now appears to be going to quick or does not line up with the audio. The quicktime file is video only, the audio has been separately recorded and put in sync previously. I am at the end stage of this edit and this has happened at the last minute. I don't know if anyone has had this issue before or knows how to help but ANYTHING would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your source footage and your sequence settings are running at different frame rates. Try dragging one of your video clips to the new sequence icon. Does that make a difference.
