Character Animator To Premiere Pro

I am currently importing a Character Animator File into Premiere Pro, when in Premiere pro my video freezes and puppet does not move.

we need more info on how you are doing that, is it through dynamic link

or you are exporting to H.264? Are you working in Software Only Renderer

inside Premiere pro? you can check that in project settings.

Other stuff you can try is to clean your media cache

It was exported as a H.264, and yes It says I am working in a Software Only Renderer

try to update your graphics card driver from the vendor's site,

and switch the renderer to GPU acceleration

did you try to clean the cache and delete render files in premiere pro?

i tried with both software only and GPU acceleration it worked for me 

on an H.264 exported file.
