Hi everyone, I'm after some advice. I've got an old recording that I've taken from video casset and saved onto my mac. As you can see from the clip, it has lots of horizontal white streaks that go across the screen. Is there anyway that I could edit these out? If so, what would be the best way to edit these out? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Not with Premiere. Might want to have a look at Topaz.

You can use the 'Dust and scratches' effect which will help but also soften the footage. you can combine it with masks to isolate it to particualr areas.

You'll get better results with plugins, such as from BorisFX which are specifically designed for doing this kind of repair/restoration.
