Client unable to load VST Plug-ins

Hi there,

I have a client here attempting to run VST Plug-ins in Premiere Pro 2020 (Mac/Catalina) however she recieves the following error:

ErrorType of VST PluginsI had the client open up the permissions on her user profile to accept Read/Write for everyone, however this did not solve the issue. I read somewhere that VST Plug-ins on 2020 are not yet fully supported or require additional set up to get them to work, can anyone lend a hand with this? I would greatly appreciate it!
