Clip jumps without added keyframes

While I was editing, something happened, where some parameters of the lower layer changed when I added another layer on top. The lower layer did not have any keyframes that either I added or that appeared. The effects panel looks normal, but the clip doesn't. The top one wasn't an adjustment layer. How does that happen and how can I fix that?

Might want to show the entire UI instead of an ini mini section.

Now its just a guessing game.

Might want to check those keyframe. might be one or two too many close together.

Unfortunatly, I checked them frame by frame... 😞

I don't know what happened there... I ended up just copying it over to Ae and doing it there, which worked... Thanks!
