Hi
is there a way for premiere to let me know if I have used a clip more than once within a project.
I know I can do this within a timeline, and duplicated use of a clip shows with a different colour underline but I have a project with a number of timelines, and the clip could be used across them.
Thank you
Chris
Hi Chris,
Right click on the Project panel option icon and select Metadata Display.
In the search bar type-in video and put a checkmark on the Video Usage option.
Thanks,

Hi
Thank you for your reply. In my project panel I cant see the video usage column. If I click on the columns, can see 'metadata display' with loads of options. I assume I need to switch on the column, but cannot find which property it is ????
I can see the preview area, so that is useful, but if I can see a list as above that will be much better to manage
