Closed caption problem

Hi, 
I am having serious difficulties exporting the caption for the Broadcast television channel. 
They said the caption format needs to be CEA-608 or DTV-608 required. CEA-708 and DTV-708 are optional. So that they can turn it off or turn it on at the time of preview. 

But I need to know, How can I export my caption with the media with these formats so that they can get the turn on and off option. 

Please I am expecting an expert's support.

PR will only embed 608 captions in Quicktime or 608 and /or 708 in MXF OP1a. It will not embed in H.264.
