So I've been working on a video for quite a while, and the closed caption settings in Premiere Pro CC 2019 (13.1.4, build 2) changes every time. I've done a couple already before (rendered and all) and it was working fine, and it just decided to give up on me randomly. I even selected all and changed the text colors, fonts, etc. but it doesn't follow at all. Why is Adobe punishing us for something we pay for every month? It's so frustrating, I haven't been able to work for 3 days trying to figure it out.

48GB DDR4
Samsung 970 Evo 500GB
1TB SSD + 4TBx2 WD Red Pro
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
Somebody, please help. I tried resetting it to defaults (deleting the Adobe in Documents but it's no use). Thanks in advance

This is from a different sequence, closed captions don't show up too on export. Anyone who experienced this as well? This problem showed up after I finished a couple of videos already. It's a headache getting it to properly work
