Hello all,
I have an .MP4 video file that plays properly in all apps except Premiere Pro. What I mean is, the framerate seems to have been changed, even though it's been set on 24 FPS, which is the original framerate. The timecodes do not match between the different apps.
I suspect that some codec might be missing, but I wanted to hear your opinions on this. Has someone had a similar experience? Do you happen to know which codec is missing?
The video's properties are as follows:

Hello Ann,
Thank you for your reply!
I tried converting with Handbrake but I got the error "No valid source or titles found".
Any ideas?
Thanks again!

Must be something funny about the file.
What is its origin?
As all other apps (assuming Adobe apps) play, try Ae to convert.
