Collapse all tracks?

I know there is a shortcut to incrementally shorten the height of audio and video tracks (two different commands), but is there not a way to collapse both to the minimum height in one command? I do that all the time in my DAW and find it a useful way of moving about the interface quickly.

Turns out there is one in the default shortcuts: "Shift -" to minimize all. It's called "minimize" rather than "collapse," and that's why I couldn't find it.
