Color bars on my clips!!

These color bars appear on my clips whenever they are paused. When I export timelines, the bars remain there. Any idea what I'm dealing with? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Go to the menu File > Project Settings > General and set the Renderer to Software Only, click OK, to see if that helps.

What version of Premiere Pro, and what are the specs for your computer hardware?

disable the GPU maybe its causing the problem and use the software only instead
