Consolidate and Transcode_'Unknown error'

I'm attempting to consolidate and transcode a sequence in the Project Manager.  Parameters selected are Prroes LT (match source) and the default  Exclude unused clips, 60 frame handles.  I press go and invariably get the error window "An unknown error occured during the Project Manager operation.  Please save and retry."  None of my troubleshooting has gotten different results.

PPro 14.9  Mac O/S Mojave 10.14.6.  MacPro  6-Core 2.66 GHz 40GB RAM  8GB Graphics - Radeon.

FYI, before the error window, a "Some clilps have frame sizes, frame rates, field types, color spaces and/or aspect rations differing form the selected preset.  These clips will be copied in their original format to the resulting project" window.

Did you try to do the following when using the Project Manager :

• Do NOT include Audio Conformed Files
• Do NOT include Preview Files 
• Remove special characters in your media filenames 
•  Move your sequence to a new fresh project

People which have problems with Project Manager sometimes maange to make it working by doing on of the previous things I mentionned.

As you are working with ProRes files, you could be interested to trim your files without re-encoding (so your files would stay as ProRes, with the exact same quality and keep the files metadata). There is a 3rd Party paying plugin called "PlumePack"  that we develop at Autokroma which is a "Project Manager" like but with this "Trimming" feature. It often works better than the Project Manager also (for example with Merged Clips, AEgraphics, AE comps, ..) and there is a full detailled report about what PlumePack did to the project. It also works with R3D, BRAW, H264, H265, Cineform, ... Thanks Nicolas F - moving the sequence to a fresh project worked - Premiere seems to freak out when the project is too big!
