Contral panel fail

Hey great to learn from you! My primier pro cc2019 isn't displaying motion and opacity properties of clip in control panel
Only time remapping is there with this issue I don't know how to up or down scale at certain level.

Please help to solve this

Can you take a screenshot of the issue? Show your timeline with the clip selected and show the Effect Controls panel open as well.

Does this occur on all clips or just this one?

Have you tried resetting your Premiere preferences?

occurs on all clips and I've tried to rest but nothing changed

Can you try to open a brand new project and import a video into that, and see if the controls show up? If so, import your entire old project and you should be able to see them again.

You might want to try installing a newer verison of Premiere as well. You can select the option to keep Premiere CC2019 as well.
