What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

Are you running out of disk space?

Premiere is probably running in to a dicey clip about 85% or so down the timeline.  Mark an in at the beginning of the timeline and an out about 70% down and go to sequence: render in to out.  Does it complete?  If so, render further down the timeline til you find the problematic clip.  Tell us the clip properties and we may be able to figure out what's going on.
