I'm attempting to render a video with just some basic cutting and audio editing, nothing super fancy and I keep getting crashes when I attempt to render. I first tried HEVC rendering, which promptly caused my computer to crash twice.I then tried H.264 rendering, which thankfully didn't cause my whole PC to crash, but did cause Media Encoder to crash. I've never had this problem before. I just factory reset my PC and reinstalled all my Adobe products and didn't change any settings or add any plugins. I'm on the latest version of Premiere Pro (13.1).
If it matters, my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
My GPU is an Nvidia GTX 1070
I have 16 GB of RAM
Update: I was able finally get something to render in MPEG2 which is fine for this one time, but I'd really prefer to be able to us H.264 or HEVC would be even better.
