  • Issue - Soloed audio track does not stay soloed when new audio track is created.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version number: Version 24.5.0 (Build 57)
  • Operating system - Windows 10 Home
  • System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:
    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
    GPU Nvidia RTX3700
    Installed RAM 64.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
  • Video format:
  • Type: Waveform Audio
    File Size: 70.33 MB
    Source Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 24-bit - Mono
Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - Mono
  • Workflow details: This is just cutting a voice over track with nothing else in the timeline. Just a few tracks of audio where each takae of a vo line is on a new track of audio.
  • Steps to reproduce - (Very important!)
    1. Lay audio onto track A4
    2. Solo Track A4
    3. Use Add Edit keyboard shortcut to slice the track.
    4. Drag a piece of audio from track A4 to the space below the Mix in order to create a brand new track A5.

    5. Play the timeline
  • Expected result - I should not have heard the new clip on audio track A5 since track A4 is soloed.
  • Actual result -  I heard audio from both tracks A4 and A5.

Hi @RESLV-Kyle -Thanks for the report.  This is fixed in Premiere Pro (Beta) 24.6.0.75 that's currently available on CCD and will be in the next release of Premiere Pro as well.
