Creating Masks on Clips causes AMD Driver Timeout, Premiere Pro

When I try to create a mask on any clip, I get a driver time out, black screen in program and source monitor, (No video output)

My drivers are up to date and I get this issue on both 14.9 and 15.0.

When this happens I have to restart Premiere

Specs:

GPU - Radeon RX 5500 XT - Primary/Discrete

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor - 8 Cores
RAM - 16 GB

Currently the only solution is to use After Effects. Which results in me spending more $$$. Thanks 😞
